That is a very valid point. In fact to make such comments at the
organizational level or to publicize or endorse those statements is
extremely demoralizing, and does nothing to "cure the problem", if
it's perceived as such a rampant problem.

(I don't see it as a industry problem, FWIW... I see it more as a
epidemic personal issue. Feel free to send me love mail on this issue.
