Good question. All I can tell you is that the airplane manufacturer in question is Airbus, and that they are based in Toulouse, France.

I searched the site for the phrase "technical manuals" and got several hits, but when I click on the links I'm told I'm not authorized to view the page. (Maybe they've already seen my snippy previous post.)

Good question, however my limited previous experience with European-orinated aerospace docs is that they do it all in house.

I gather the National Transportation Safety Committee is rather curious about that as well. I don't know what they finally found out;
