My experience is that pasting screenshots will bloat the document
unnecessarily. I've had the best luck saving the desired graphics as GIF
files, and putting them into the Word doc by selecting Insert, Picture,
>From File.

formats, and are good for line art and GUI screen shots. For actual
photos, you'll probably want to go with JPGs or PNGs.
