Several years ago there was a rather active list called TRDEV-L. I
recall that the list owner eventually shut it down because the CUNY
server that hosted it was going to give it the boot, and there was too
much advertisement on it instead of real discussion. You might try
looking on Usenet or Google to review the archives and see if it has
been restarted somewhere else. The list mainly ended up with discussions
more about soft skills training than anything else. You could also look
on the ASTD website and see if they are sponsoring a list now.
