I'd suggest making it about the things that you can do for the company,
featuring *them* where possible, in as much detail as you can. Put in
visuals of the company logo, products, etc., and how you meet their writing
needs. Do it with humor, if appropriate, and deliver it with a smile. By
humor I don't mean slapstick, but maybe an animation showing how a giant
inbox gets processed by you in super speed with finished documents flying
out of your computer at the end of the day, or something like that. While
you show that slide, you'd be describing how your document development
process. Professional words backed up by fun visuals works nicely.

The reason I say this is that I'm assuming - perhaps incorrectly - that
making presentations would be part of the job, and they want to see what you
can do. Yes, put in the very basic bio stuff, plus testimonials from
previous employers/customers. If you have a professional web site, you can
grab this from stuff you've already put there. But make it interesting!
