Yes, it's becoming "noisy" on techwr-l again.

Especially amusing are questions like "What is the difference between an em and en dash?" posted by someone with the title of "Super-Senior Ultra-Mega-Vice-President of All Technical Documentation in the Universe"

Noise of this type on techwr-l is as cyclical and unpredictable as sunspots. Fortunately, it's also as temporary.
