I should point out that designers and architects are learning to use such
considerations. For example, many new public building, such as sports
stadiums, do indeed provide a higher number of facillities for women than
they do for men. I've read reviews of such building where the disappearance
of such lines at the women's washrooms was notable and welcomed.
