Bill's right, but I still believe the majority of
managers are "special" (i.e., short-bus candidates).
Workplace environment, pay scale, recruitment, and
retention plans probably have a lot to do with it.

Some companies are just set up to be revolving doors
for good employees, whilst other companies encourage
the good employees to stay.
