Interesting. If you had assumed the mac and cheese ones DID NOT require
cooking, you would have been making essentially the same mistake, but

I've seen the PB&J things before, but never the macaroni and cheese one
you describe that requires cooking. I probably would have assumed that
the mac and cheese ones didn't require cooking.
My take - as other products come out on the market that are similar, you
have to be sure you know what they are, how they work, and how to tell
consumers how your specific product should be treated.
