Hi!

According to me, the main difference is that with Flash MX you are supposed to do all the animation work on your own - providing screen shots, planning cursor movements, etc. But on the other hand, you are free to entirely customize the presentation, tutorial, etc., according to your needs and preferences.

Using RoboDemo (or ViewletBuilder depending on what you have purchased) saves a lot of efforts - it is capable of taking screen shots, has an automatic algorithm for cursor movement, and other time-saving features.
