Management is a "team sport" and also the results of management is
cumulative. You might have a company with a team of 10 executive
managers. However, even if only one of two of them are butt-heads, they
are going to cause the whole team to be less than they could be. The
higher up on the pyramid that one or two are, the more effective will be
that damage because it trickles down.
