Point noted. If you are writing user documentation for a retail application that is compatible with multiple platforms, speed menu, shortcut menu, or context menu (the last being the "real" name IMHO) is preferable to right-click menu.

If you are writing user documentation for a business application that is designed to run only on Windows, it is probably safe to use right-click menu.
