If you do use SnagIt to capture the text, be aware
that it literally captures ONLY the text currently
visible on the screen. To capture all text in the TOC,
you would have to scroll down and repeat the capture
several times. Save the text from the first capture in
a text file, and append the captured text from each
subsequent capture to the end of that file. You may
need to manually edit the text file to ensure you do
not have any redundant lines.
