I am not sure if this is an option or not, but if possible. I would go
to his office and have a face-to-face chat about payment. Another option
(IMO) would begin to look into legal action. 3 months is much too long.
It is clear that you not only have patience, but also have composure.
Try and keep a hold of the latter.
