Freelance issue

Hi all,


I translated a French web site a while ago(from France) and the agreement
with the client was to send him all documents by email and he pays me by
mail (Canada Post). After I have finished, the site that I translated and
formatted into a Word document was sent off to the President by email as
discussed.
Now, three months later, I still havent received any money from them. I sent
him a few emails reminding him I still didnt get paid and he kept replying
"it's in process" or " we sent it off". I havent received anything.

Now thing is, I got this job through a cousin of mine and my cousin is
always in touch with him. So I asked him to mention my name and he got the
same response. (It's in process). Now, what do you guys think? should I just
drop it and not work for this guy again and take it in as an experience? or
should I just continue to email him about my cheque?

I have noticed that my text is still not uploaded on his web site.
any advice?
