Hi Kevin:

There's a very active and well- and professionally
staffed help-authoring tools and techniques list at
<http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HATT>.

The list is about help authoring in general (with the
aforementioned RHFM being a recent topic), but there
are avid RoboHelp users on the list as well as users
of other tools and more than a couple of MS MVPs.

Personally, I think peer-to-peer resources like this
are more useful in giving you a broad perspective of
the profession, as well as specific tool help, and are
more objective than vendor-hosted lists.
