Interesting....I use RedHat Linux 9 on my dual-boot machine at home and
got the Flash plug-in to play nicely with Mozilla 1.4. According to
Macromedia, the Flash plug-in is supposed to work with Mandrake. Perhaps
Beth's friend is using a different browser that Macromedia doesn't support
(e.g., Galeon, Konqueror, et al.)?
Anyway, just wanted to say that there is indeed a Flash plug-in for Linux,
although it only supports Mozilla for now.

AFAIK, that is true. (There's also not much in the way of online Help
for Mandrake Linux.) In any case, if you are creating online information
for Linux users, you should not use Flash (or anything that relies on
Flash).
