And, Jeanne, you'd be surprised at how many firms would rather spend a great deal on salaries but who balk at buying a simple scanner with a halfway-decent OCR program, or how many companies force tech writers to use a single and often relatively small monitor--when fairly simple tests show convincingly that a dual large-screen setup saves both time and money in short order!

Or, perhaps you wouldn't be surprised after all...
