Hello all,

I had a big deadline last week. I got it done on time, but by golly, I had
to work a gazillion hours of overtime the last two weeks to accomplish it.
It seems that with just about every deadline I have, I go through the last
minute crush. And it doesn't seem to matter how well I planned the doc. I
felt that I had planned this last doc very well. Does that happen to any
of you? Or am I just an idiot when it comes to scheduling? If any of you
has a technique to avoid around the last minute crush, or a way of planning
for the unplannable, or a crystal ball to see the unforeseen, I'd like to
hear about it .

Thanks!
