Chuck's experience with the "moving targets" is funny. I once had a client
for whom I was asked to do a PPoint presentation. This client had a bad case
of red-pen disease. After going through many, many revisions I got a little
ticked off and re-submitted a copy of the very first draft/version I'd done
about a week earlier. It was accepted as being "right on."

Meanwhile, I'm having even more fun with the client, who moves features to
new areas on the application ( a web application), I document them, them
moves the part of the fetures elsewhere. At least I'm getting told about it
