Gene,

Good points. I guess I really have two concerns:

1) They will be slow in paying
2) Once I deliver the draft, they will decide that someone in house can
finish the job and deliver the final product cheaper than paying me for
the second half of the job.

So, as you suggest, I think I will be with the pdf method.
