I've used Gabay's Teach Yourself Copywriting. It's
cheap, noncondescending, and provides some great
ideas. Also, sometime in the last year or two there
was a cover story in Intercom titled Reinventing
Yourself as a Marcom Writer. I can't recall the exact
issue, however.
