Brad...a server test plan is like any other test plan...you're just testing
for server-specific issues. Just use any other test plans you may have
written and modify the content to be server-specific.

Besides...

is not what a test plan is for. A test plan is a series of drills to verify
that it is working as designed before you deploy it. If it goes down, you've
already deployed it and the test plan was already used against it and signed
off. This maybe more appropriate in a Run book or a Server Build document.
