Alas, none of those lists appear to address the needs of my correspondent, who also said (in the bit John didn't quote), "everything BUT the programming" (which to me includes everything the HTML Writers Guide covered in its many lists), though accessibility discussions may cover a subset.

Another correspondent sent me a long list of possible lists; again none of them seemed to fill the bill. That's what I found the last time (a year or two ago) I did a search like this -- I turned up lots of lists that didn't fit the need, and a bunch of possibles that I had to wade through to decide they weren't what was wanted either. I was kinda hoping someone would say "yes, I belong to X and it's great; here's why." I'm surprised that there doesn't seem to be anything out there, or that it's so well hidden if it is.
