Yes. You cannot change your resume just to match the requirement. :) By
customizing, I meant giving prominence to those key areas of your skills
and experience that are important for a particular requirement. It will
help the recruiting personnel to get what they want in the first glance
itself.

Before applying for a job, one should determine whether it goes well with
his/her interests and career goals. Then the need for customizing will be
much less. :)
