Hmmm....sounds like the idea is to auto-generate a competency-oriented
resume on the fly, instead of constantly customizing by hand. I don't know
of anything off-the-shelf that does this, but you could probably crib
something together with MS Access and Frontpage, or perhaps Filemaker.
Maybe even PHP/MySQL. Sounds like a cool little open source project, no?
