What's "programmed" is each individual's tendency to ask "WHY" and "HOW"
every time someone else opens their mouth.

Almost all two year olds do this. The ones who make technical writers are
the ones who are still doing this 25, 30, 35 years later.

If you believe that our mindsets are gentically programmed
and unalterable by our own intent, effort and experience,
I suppose so.
