That's why--when I'm project stylemaster--I use my trusty macros to help me clean up at major milestones or if I happen to notice funky formatting.

They make it quick and easy to find and evaluate any deviations from company's styles, so I can fix the ones that are inappropriate.

Another benefit of this process is that it sometimes helps me recognize a need for a change or addition to those styles.
