One is not necessarily better than the other. An MS in TechComm is part of
your education as a tech writer. Certification/accreditation verifies that
that education is sound enough to enable you to perform at an exemplary
level in your career.

How does certification or accreditation compare to having a MS in Tech
Comm?
Would they be equals or would one be better than another?
