No, I don't think you are being a crank. I suspect that the use of your
company domain name was intentional, not a mistake of checking
the wrong box.

Anyone who follows the industry is aware of eHelp's somewhat
questionable marketing practices. I'm not saying they are being
intentionally malicious, only that they often seem to exhibit poor
judgment.
