Dear Tech-Whirlers,

Thank you for sharing your own experiences with me. I will definitely be reading the Tech Writing 101 book recommended to me sometimes next week - I found a 1994 copy in an university library, which I assume to be the latest version - and will be mulling your comments over this weekend as I re-examine my own TW process.

It was definitely most interesting to find out about your own TW process :-) I enjoyed reading your emails, and will respond very soon.

Alexandra
