Good morning People
I use Norton System Works 2001 and automatically run the 'One button
checkup' feature every morning.
Every time this feature is run, it shows under 'Program Integrity Scan' that
there is a 'missing program file'. To me, this does not sound too healthy!
I click Begin Fix and the problem is fixed - until the next scan!
I clicked for 'further details and the following message appeared:
"C:\WINNT\System32\MAPISRVR.EXE" cannot access a necessary file,
"gapi32.dll"
This message that repeats itself every time I run the feature has begun to
worry me. Do I NEED this dll file?
Can I get it from somewhere?
Can anyone help me with an answer in plain English, or do I have to revert
to contacting Norton?
TIA
Regards
Frank
