I don't know. Look at Format -> Paragraph ->Indents and Spacing.
Do you have a radio button for "Direction: Right-to-left / Left-to-right"?
If so, presumably you're equipped to handle a right-to-left language like
Arabic. See also Page Setup -> Layout, where there should be a "Section
direction" radio button; and look for a drop-down menu of languages next
to your font size in the Formatting toolbar. If you don't have those,
then I assume you're not set up for Arabic and your formatting won't
work right. I say this not because I've ever worked in Arabic but
because I'm set up to work in Hebrew and I believe that Word/Windows
treats the two languages similarly.

Do you know Arabic, or are you working with someone who does? If not,
there's a risk to all but the simplest formatting because you may
inadvertently turn a widow into a headline or something.
