Hi Dan,

On a cursory look, I didn't see how to do this with keyboard short cuts
(although that's not to say that it can't be done), but you can add buttons
to the toolbars that allow to toggle track changes on and off, move from
change to change, and to accept and reject changes.

Go to

Tools > Customize
Select the Commands tab
Choose Tools from the Categories window.
Scroll in the Commands window until you see all the icons related to
changes, and then drag them up to the toolbar at the of the page.
