So...when you are asked "Can create flow charts using ABC Flowcharter", do
you say"

1) Yes

Bald-faced lie. F.

2) I don't know

OK, that's true, but you get a D for your sales skills.

3) I've never used ABC flowcharter, but I'm good at learning tools and I
think I can pick it up quickly.

Ehhhhhh, close, but doesn't go far enough given the sentence beforehand
that said you do know Visio. B-. Mention that!

"I've never used ABC flowcharter, but I am a whiz at Visio, which is
(to my understanding) very similar. I'm familiar with flowcharting
concepts, and the design skills necessary to create a good flowchart.
I'm good at picking up tools, and I'm certain that given my Visio background
it shouldn't be too tough for me to pick up ABC flowcharter quite
quickly."
