Online, definitely.

If it's online, they can copy and paste the code samples. If it's print,
they have to retype them.

If it's online, they can have the work window open and the SDK window open
and go to town.

If it's online, you can update it easily and ensure people have the most
current copy.

Don't even THINK of doing it in print.

Not that I have a preference or anything ...
