To be honest, I hardly take notes on anything. When I work with someone on
documenting an application or product, instead of writing down the steps for
what's happening, I'll concentrate on listening to what the person is
describing so in my mind, I can "see" the application enough that I can
replicate the process later for myself.
If I know that the process is going to be REALLY long and complex, I'll take
screen shots at each important part to use as a memory jogger.
Therefore, journaling wouldn't fit in my style.
