And I have to answer none of the above because it
depends on the project. I can't even say, with John,
that it's a percentage of the project, because even
that isn't constant. On a large project recently, I
spent almost 2 weeks with the users. On a smaller
one, I never saw them.

I think we need an option that says "It depends." :)
