Chiming in late here, but here's a link to the emulator we use:

scroll down to Remote Display Control for Pocket PC. Basically, you install some software on your ocmputer and on your mobile device. Then, you can launch the viewer whenever you dock your mobile device. We're using ActiveSync to dock devices, and the viewer works fine. You can then take screenshots as you like.

It's free from Microsoft!!!! :-)
