Hi,
are there any design guidelines for designing the CONTENT of a
"Horizontal manual" or a "Process oriented help system" (as opposed to
a procedure oriented or user centered help system)?
I'm planning to develop two types of online help, 1. based on
minimalist approach and 2. based on systems approach (the conventional
comprehensive help that describes all aspects of the system). I need
some guidelines to design the help system using the 'systems approach'.
Thank you!!!

Vinoth
