While I assume I'm supposed to feel righteously indignant upon learning
this, I have to admit, I never have any problem with Yahoo, in terms of
finding information or using its Help to learn how the various Yahoo
features work. I think it's a case of "it ain't broke, so why fix it?"

I mean, *somebody's* doing an okay job there, whether they are "card
carrying technical writers" or not.
