I work for an investment company, and I found http://www.investorwords.com
to be a useful resource. If you browse by subject, there is a Banking
section, among others. I've also found
http://www.investopedia.com/dictionary/ to be useful, though on a quick
scan, I don't see a Banking section there...

I've got the Barron's dictionary that someone else mentioned too.
