Yes I agree with Matthew.
I am post graduate in hardcore economics and i have done project for a
firm, which was into stock/share market.
Thats why i want to say --you need to know the area of finance, you will be
working and then look for the terminologies.
More over you can go through some elementary books on economics and finance
to know the functionality of finance sector

Beena

Jeff asked:

procedures used

In a former life, I worked as a TW for a financial services company. I
worked on a product that tracked/processed asset- and mortgage-backed
securities. The job required very detailed understanding of very arcane
processes.
As you can imagine, the financial field is huge, so can you drill down your
exact requirements so that we can make more targeted recommendations?
Thanks!
