I am using Robo2002 to develop a help project that combines two WebHelp
projects. I imported the HTML files into the new project without fail but
can't figure out how to import the TOCs. I have searched the docs and eHelp
support site to no avail.

My company's budget cutbacks have conspired to ax the Robo service upgrade,
meaning that you are my only hope.

Does anyone know how to hack the Robo TOC files?
