You're asking the wrong question. Odds are you don't care about "all web
users" or "users at many corporations." You care about YOUR users, whether
it's people employed at your company or your clients or your prospects or
some combination of the three.

The only way to find out this information is to do some serious digging,
and to talk to the appropriate IT department(s) about it.
