Hi John,
I think my message has been misunderstood. What I meant is that a TW very
often needs to evolve and learn new skills just to stay in the market. And
my message was targeted at Kevin's query on how his manager can market and
sell a TW's skills to IT in his company. The list I submitted was also an
attempt at answering Kevin's query on what role other TWs fill in their
companies and how his manager can define the roles and tasks of a TW.
Hope this soothes any ruffled feathers.
Thanks,
Nayanika
