Shibu Thomas asks for information about:
* Knowledge Management
* Single Sourcing
* Usability and Design

I assume the seminar he is planning to prepare is a presentation for a course he is taking.

First off, some advice for the presentation: pick one of those topics, or a portion of one of those topics, as they are all very broad.

For more information about these topics, why don't you check out:

* archives for this list - these topics come up again and again, and you can probably get lots of different viewpoints and references

* my article on "Single-sourcing with FrameMaker" at
http://www.raycomm.com/techwhirl/magazine/technical/singlesourcing.html

* STC Single-Sourcing SIG website at
http://www.stcsig.org/ss/index.htm
There are a number of articles and links at this site.

Good luck.

Regards,
Michele Marques
