I just wanted to say that I see nothing wrong with Jean's way of working. Each
writer's 'process' is going to be what works for that writer. The bottom line is to
get the job done accurately and in a timely manner. Yes, there are managers
(micromanagers?) who will insist that one or the other way is the only right way,
but I think that's just wrong. I can't imagine I could enjoy working where I was
micromanaged. I can imagine putting up with it for a project or contract to which
I'm committed but not much longer than that.
