Stay calm and be political and professional. It's
obvious you can't delay your own personal delivery to
meet their delivery, so do with what you have. Work
with your boss and team (if you have one) to
orchestrate the remainser of your time on the project
and the transition of that work to another. SOMEONE
will have to pick it up, if not another tech writer,
than someone else. Determine who that person is NOW
and get them up and running with learning tools,
workflow, and so forth - gradually - so there isn't a
mad rush at the end for the transition. Do the best
you can, BE A TEAM PLAYER, and make the transition a
positive thing.
Or be huffy, pissy, angry and spiteful to make sure
everyone is more than happy to see you leave.
;)
