Wendy...AFAIK, the only real issue to linking to an internet site (as
opposed to an intranet site) is when you link to a deep page...one that
either bypasses the home with sponsor information or when you link to the
page inside of a frame instead of the frame page...an even this isn't a
legal no-no, just a site owner preference.

Other than that, my take is that if they are making the page available to
anyone public, they shouldn't have an issue with HOW it is made public or
what segment of the public sees it.
